Didn't know how it would apply to me, as I'm not selling a probate property, but rather selling a house that I have on my hands after my divorce. This book gave me great insight into selling my house & it is full of lots of helpful tips & pointers on what to watch for when selling any type of house! Another great thing about this book, is how simple things are layed out & easy to find. That definitely sped up my process of understanding & retaining the knowledge Wyn lays out. I plan on sharing this book with others, as most everyone I know will benefit from it when selling their property, if that's probate or not. :-)

We lost our Father rather unexpectedly in early June and were immediately thrust into a situation where we had to make some very serious decisions. Wyn's book saved us a lot of time and money. It is well written and organized in specific section that walk the layman step by step through the process of selling an inherited home, but Wyn also delves into the probate process and offers very helpful 'how to's' where preparing the house for top dollar is concerned. It's a quick read too. Highly recommend this book!!

Highly recommend this for buyers/sellers and agents who are trying to help their clients. As far as I am concerned "probate" is a four letter word. But this guide made it easier to understand.

Most of the story is about their reconciliation with God after their lost. The H decided he needs a mother for is daughter. So he started to look for a mail order bride. Then through letters they got to know one each other. I love the prayers and the scripture verse in this story. The end is shorter but still satisfying.

Too much before the wedding and way too little after By Kindle Customer I gave this story a 3 star rating because the plot was uneven...most of the book took place before the marriage... before the couple met...before she left Vermont. Then there was a quick chapter...she arrived and they met and get married. Then it is one year later. What about how they come to love each?

Renee has done a great job of compiling information on how to earn college and high school credit at the same time. It's also exciting to know that she has successfully implemented much of this information with her own son. A very encouraging and motivating read.

By deb hoff Renee has done an incredible job with presenting ways for a student to earn college credits inexpensively! The book will show you ways to "think outside the box" when it goes to earning credits. She is thorough and honest with you on ways she has found help and this has encouraged her own son in the process of earning his credits. The Introduction of this book will open your eyes to the real cost of college. She will also explain clearly the way to earn your high school credits at the same time you are earning your college ones. In the remaining chapters she breaks down the specifics of achieving this goal. She gives an incredible amount of resources to use, mostly online ones (again saving you tons of money!) If you are new to this game of earning college credits cheaply, she starts from square one. In the Initial Planning chapter, she shows you step by step what to do first, second and beyond. Follow the steps and you're good! If you need help studying, she's got a chapter for it. Her entire resource list for the whole book could be a mile long! She encourages you to save even more throughout the book with tips here and there! I am grateful to have bought this book from Renee and also for her encouraging words and support!

Now I think it's the best way to do it! This book contains all the information you need to make an informed decision about graduating college hassle free with no debt. By morehumanthanhuman This book reads as if it was written by a twelve-year-old -- the simplistic characters, the unrealistic setting, the stilted dialogue. Katelynn, the daughter of a former US Senator -- has just gotten her Master's degree in political science. But she hates politics and doesn't want anything to do with it (why didn't she realize this at any point while getting her degree?). Instead of getting a job that draws on her advanced degree in any way, she moves back home and decides to apply for minimum wage jobs. She's hired at a local discount superstore as a manager trainee (apparently the company doesn't want managers to have any relevant experience) and, instead of being trained by another manager, Nate, the billionaire son of the CEO, comes to handle her training personally.Now, being a CEO requires a very specific set of skills that have little to do with running day-to-day operations of the company -- recruiting top talent, inspiring investors, maintaining investor returns, managing relationships with the board of directors, high level financial planning -- so why would a CEO who wanted his son to be the future CEO have him doing inventory reports, coaching tardy cashiers, and stocking shelves? Like so much of the novel, it seems like the author just doesn't get it.Of course, Nate and Katelynn fall for each other. They don't have much chemistry. They frequently think about how attractive the other one is, but you never get a sense of any heat. Their connection has to be resolutely non-sexual because they're both committed to remaining virgins until marriage. This book wasn't listed as a Christian romance, so it was a bit frustrating to get this bait-and-switch.It's a cliffhanger, so the book ends on a note of uncertainty. I'm not sure if the author is extremely naive or just trying to reach an audience that is, but the simplistic nature of this book and the lack of chemistry between the two main characters will make it unsatisfying to most adults.Edit: Upon further consideration, I think this author's body of work may be some kind of social experiment. Her author bio is written like an obvious attempt to capture a certain demographic and as of today (10/27/15), a search of her author photo actually links to a stock photo tagged with -- I kid you not -- "normal woman." She loves Starbucks! And yoga! All we need is a picture of her crunching through fall leaves in her Uggs. I've read several of the author's books and I think this may be some sort of meta-project. If so, I like the joke!

I thought that it would be better by reading the excerpt. This is a story about two virgins, what a shocker. It could have been completed but they want to make more stories to get you to buy more books, don't fall for it. Just not interesting enough.

She uses lots of exclamation points to try to keep the reader interested, rather than just writing something interesting. The story is boring. There's really no other way to say it. I do give the author props for writing an "innocent" romance rather than focusing on heaving bosoms and copulating. I really wanted to like this book, but there's simply no story there. Two people meet and somehow are inexplicably in love… for no reason. There is no development of characters. We don't know WHY the hero of the story is such a great guy. We don't know WHY he falls for her or, frankly, why she is interested in him. We do know he's handsome. But come on… It's all very superficial and, again, boring. Even! With! All! Of! The! Random! Exclamation points!!
