By Fritz Hannover For someone with "procrastinator" as his middle name, I found it was very motivating to have all the information chopped up in 21 days with every day a simple exercise to put that knowledge in practice. This way it actually sticks instead of reading a book, putting it away at the end thinking "yes...I KNOW what to do now...now find the motivation to actually DO it." Three days later you forget you even read the book. Right?The productivity challenge touches on a variety of little strategies that together significantly increase productivity (and the proud accomplished feeling that goes with it). What made the biggest impact on me was having my work environment decluttered and organized, I really notice my focus and the clarity of my mind go down when it gets messy again. I also found it an eye-opener to realize how much time I actually waste, really throw away, on mindlessly surfing the internet looking at lame cat pictures and beautiful women, and checking my email and facebook almost obsessively for new messages. It adds up over a week and doesn't make me feel relaxed or happy at all. What I realized after consciously cutting them out for some days with the tips in the book, was that it made me feel like I was super busy all day, while in reality I didn't get much done.Anyway, big thanks to the author for understanding the mind of a true procrastinator and coming up with a book that works for us!

I figured I should be able to become much more productive and efficient with the right tools and tricks and I knew I had to become more productive once I started my own business.It turned out it helps me a great deal in decreasing distractions and staying focused on the job.And although it’s hard to express this in a percentage, I know I made a huge amount of progress.This book provides many options and tips to get rid of bad habits, time consumers and procrastination. Furthermore it shows you how to create the best environment and conditions to optimize productivity. The method used (a chapter and an exercise a day) worked very well for me.I could skip day 5, because my gaming days are over. (Helped by the gaming industry, since apparently they don’t do pre-installed off-line games anymore, and I don’t do downloading games)

I think of myself as someone who is already pretty productive, but this book provided so many useful strategies and ideas that I've never heard before!The great thing about this book is that it's broken down into bite-sized chunks so you can easily do one challenge a day. The problem with most books is that they try to get you to change everything al at once, which never works. Because there are tiny steps to complete each day, it's easy to see a real improvement and stay motivated!Even better, this book is honest and actually pretty funny - I laughed out loud a couple times. Loved it, learned a ton, and would highly recommend this book!!!
