Unrelenting nightmares befall Mary By Kindle Customer Tortured by unrelenting nightmares of a young girl trapped in a well, Mary leaves Greenhaven to seek help from a Dr. Jacobs on mainland Florida. Due to Mary's declining health and weakened condition Abigail accompanies as her chaperone. Dr. Jacobs is not able to help Mary. His practice is caring for rich, unwed, pregnant women. What a curious setup! Mary is taken against her will to a nearby insane asylum typical of this time period.Horrors await Mary. Sadistic and brutal assistants and doctors who do more harm than good are in charge. .Eventually Mary escapes with the help of one of the inmates who confuses her for a queen he knew in a past life. As Mary and Abigail leave tragedy now befalls Abigail. Volume 4 continues the many layered story of Mary Fisher who seeks to discover who and what she really is. Mary does not seek trouble but it sure finds her!
